This policy explains what information Master Acrylic USA (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit masteracrylicusa.com, request a quote, create an account or place an order, and how we use it. We are a custom acrylic fabrication shop located at 601 NE 11th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, city and state, and the project details you enter in our quote form.
• Order information: billing and shipping addresses, the products you order, order notes and your order history.
• Account information: if you create an account, your email address, name, saved addresses and a password you set.
• Files you upload: logos, artwork, photos or measurements you send through our quote form, our Upload Your Design page or a product page.
• Basic technical information: like most websites, our web host and site software record your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, and use cookies (see below).

Payment information

Payments are processed by PayPal, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Pay Later, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your full card number is entered into PayPal’s secure fields and is never stored on our website. PayPal’s use of your information is covered by the PayPal Privacy Statement.

How we use your information

• To prepare quotes, build and ship your order, and contact you about it.
• To calculate shipping and tax, and to send order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates.
• To review your design files and confirm details before production.
• To manage your account and show your order history.
• To keep our website secure, prevent spam and fraud, and meet legal and tax requirements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We only share information with the service providers we need to run our business:

• PayPal: payment processing and fraud prevention.
• USPS: your shipping address and package details, to calculate shipping rates and deliver your order.
• Google Workspace: our business email, which delivers our order emails and form messages.
• IONOS: our website hosting provider.
• Google: our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

We may also share information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep items in your cart, keep you logged in to your account, remember your checkout details, and protect our forms from spam. Our payment provider may also use cookies during checkout for security and fraud prevention. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart, checkout and account features may not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. Quote requests, emails and design files are kept as long as needed to complete your project and answer future questions about it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your choices

• View and update your account details and addresses at any time under My Account.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing sales@masteracrylicusa.com. We may need to keep some order records for legal or tax reasons.

Security

Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and payments are handled by PayPal’s secure systems. No method of storing or sending information online is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our website and products are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
